Full day building rental: $750


  • Day before: 4 hours for decoration (no other activity)

  • Event day: 8AM – Midnight

  • Includes use of the grounds


Rehearsal Dinner (with full day rental only): $200.00


Half-day building rental: $500


  • 6 hours (2 hours for decoration followed by 4 hours for event)


Repast: $250


  • 4 hours. (We provide this special reduced price in sympathy for those in a time of sorrow.)


EXTRA Colomb Centre building services:

  • Use of private retreat lounge with full bath and shower - $25 (With building rental only)

  • Additional hours - $125 per hour

  • White linen table clothes - $5 each

  • White linen chair covers - $1.50 each

  • Decorative chair scarves (gray and black) - $0.50 each


Standard Amenities with the Colomb Centre Building

  • Cleanup services included

  • Kitchen (non-commercial; food must be catered in – food may be warmed only inside building)

  • Double sink, generous counter space with island, refrigerator, stove and microwave (to reheat food only).

  • Four bathrooms (when private retreat is rented, you will have a fifth bathroom)

  • Banquet room with capacity to seat 250 (325 standing)

  • Building is fully climate controlled and beautifully lit

  • Parking for 100 vehicles with exterior lighting

  • Three (3) round tables which seat five

  • Three (3) round tables which seat four

  • 40 six-foot square tables which seat eight

  • 250 chairs


Grounds Only Rental 10 hours max: $350


  • Includes:

  • Two outside bathrooms 

  • One extra large commercial BBQ pit 

  • DJ stand with power 

  • Basketball court with bleachers 

  • Full playground equipment 

  • Large gazebo and two pavilions set on five well-maintained acres


Grounds rental EXTRA:

  • Two (2) Space Walks (“fun jumps”), including setup - $125 each
